Marco Brighi

Marco Brighi is Matteo's younger brother. He was born in Rimini on the 5th of February of 1983. He's also a midfielder and he plays in Rimini, currently in Serie C2.

Do you prefer to play on a side like we have seen in some games, or in the center ?

In the youth team I've always played as one of the 2 central midfielders out of 4 and that is what i prefer.
With 3 people on the sides were always in full live of the game and i like that. In the end its only important to play.

How does it feel to be the brother of Matteo?

To be the brother of Matteo stimulates me to do good.

Is it true that your fav hobby after the soccer is sleeping ?

I like to sleep, but apart from soccer i have other hobbies such as playstation, reading or going out with friends.

I began to play in the kids team of the Resurrezione, then to the Grotta Rossa.

What have you done with the wine you won with the biancorosso of the month? With who did you drink it ?

The family drunk it at dinner, (they didnt give me any)...

Not right now, no.

Theyve told me that you're a lifeguard in summer, at which swimmingpool ?

On the public beach between the 89th and the 90th.

Besides soccer, do you like any other sports ? Maybe baseball, like your brother ?

I follow baseball, at least to the final phases, and besides that i also like basket and tennis.

Can you tell me which are your fav players, one for each league : Serie A, La Liga, Permier League, France and Germany ?

In Italy Ronaldo, in the Liga Zidane and Figo, England Giggs but I dont follow the championships of France and Germany.

Which is your fav goalkeeper ?

Peruzzi and Toldo

Why do they call you il bagnino? Who has given you this nickname ? Your friends or your family ?

Every summer I participate at the summer center of my community and in the morning we always go to the beach with the children. I think the name was taken from that.

I know that to your brother is into baseball, in fact I have seen him with the berrettino of Rimini. Do you like it too ? If yes, who is your fav player ?

I follow baseball but usually only the playoffs and I dont have a fav player.

I wanted to know what do you like doing with your friends when you're not with teammates.

My friends are those from the community. When we're together we organise suppers, we play on the playstation, we go to the cinema or go bowling. The most important thing is to be together.

Whats your fav team in the NBA ?

The LA LAKERS.

Have you already thought about the holidays ? Newyear and Christmas. What will you do those nights ? And especially : with who ?

I havent thought about Newyear yet, cause i dont know howmuch free time ill have. But im sure that ill pass Christmas at home with my family.

My fav team is Inter and my fav player is R Baggio.

No, i don't really like polenta. Sometimes my friends organize a supper in which they eat polenta, but for me they make another menu.
